It appears to be a mock up of JFK's limo and might be from the Sixth Floor
Museum but I don't recall seeing it when I visited back in 2008. I don't
think I could have missed it if it was there back then.

Initially I thought the white plastic dummy represented JFK but I see from
the perspective of your photos the dummy is in Connally's position. My
second photo with the sign on the back that says "TURN ME" apparently
allows the dummy to be positioned as Connally was when the single bullet
struck.
