In her Warren Commission testimony, Ida Dox said she had made four
drawings from four autopsy photos. Two appeared in the Warren
Commission report. Does anybody know anything about the other two?
What I am most interested in at this time is if they appear to have been
drawn from photographs we have already seen.

Ida Dox didn't draw anything for the Warren Commission in 1964 and none of
her drawings appeared in the Warren Report. She was utilized by the House
Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) in 1978.

I guess I just assumed I was reading Warren Commission testimony but it
was HSCA testimony. I would still like to know if those drawing are from
photos that have become public.

The others are illustrations by Ida Dox but from here

Mr. PURDY. How did you determine what to illustrate for the select
committee?
Ms. DOX. This was done by consultation, the staff of the committee, the
medical panel, and myself, and it was decided that the photographs taken
at autopsy should be copied to illustrate the position of the wounds.
The photographs that were selected were the ones that best showed the
injuries. Also, a series of illustrations was needed that would
illustrate the findings of the medical panel.
Mr. PURDY. What photographs did you attempt to copy?
Ms. DOX. Four photographs. One shows the back of the head, another one
shows the upper back, then the side of the head, and the front of the neck.

The drawings of an autopsy photo of the side of the head and the one
showing the front of the neck aren't there. If that is a complete list of
Dox drawings, then I guess nobody ever saw those.

It's a bit confusing because there are drawings based on photos and then
there are "illustrations." But I think you are right. Dox described two
drawings which don't seem to be available.

For most of the documents, she stenciled on a blank piece of paper
placed on top of the photo. Rarely did she draw free hand.

Ida Dox worked for the HSCA several years after
the WC. You can find the drawings in Google and usually at the Mary
Ferrel site.
I don't endorse this site, but check out an easy to navigaate article:
