Yes, but we want more baseball.
I want the first World Series.

You mean people planted photos on DVP's web site when he wasn't looking?
How rude!

Oh, and you CAN see under the paper, is that it Tony? If not, why did you
suggest there might be some rods under the paper?

No, I asked you.
I did say there was anything under the paper. If there were, could YOU
see it or would you feign ignorance again? LIke all the WC defenders who
claim they can't see a bullet hole?
Then why did you ask this in the first place, Tony?....

The point is that if those papers were there on 1/22/63 the curtain rods
could be under them and you couldn't see them. The DPD didn't find
Oswald's jacket which he left there. Not exactly CSI.

What should be clear from the diagram of the second floor is that Marrion
Baker had no sight line into the lunchroom from the top of the stairs and
could only have spotted Oswald if he had just entered the vestibule on his
way into the lunchroom. That should make it clear that Oswald hadn't been
in the lunchroom for any length of time prior to being spotted by Baker
nor was he drinking a Coke according to conspiracy hobbyist mythology.

Even though there is no way to know this, it has been my belief that
Oswald was descending the back stairs with intention of going down to the
first floor and slipping out the back when he heard the footsteps of Baker
and Truly coming up the stairs from the first floor. At that point he
decided to duck into the lunchroom to avoid being spotted. It almost
worked. Truly didn't see him and Baker only got a glimpse of him but it
was enough to raise his curiosity.

Pretty damn close. Actually Baker was starting to go to the up stairs when
he saw the door close and figured someone had just gone in that room. So
like any good cop he stopped to investigate and went through that door
himself and saw a guy with a Coke bottle in his hand.

Once you know that it was a spring loaded door you can calculate that it
took about 4 seconds to close. So Oswald had gone through no more than 4
seconds earlier.

I think Oswald had just gone UP from the first floor to get a Coke.

You don't think that. Oglesby's group told you to say that. Don't worry
about Von Pein. Nothing is political with him.

Group? You mean the Assassination Information Bureau? Mark Lane's group
Citizens Commission of Inquiry had a falling out with them over their
Marxist sounding rhetoric.

I don't worry about DVP. At least he capitalizes the V.
