Discussion:
Clear evidence of a cover-up: "Six to eight" Tippit witnesses simply disappeared
(too old to reply)

On Nov. 22, 1963, Patrolman Joe M. Poe wrote Chief Curry that "there were
approximately six to eight witnesses, ALL [emphasis mine] telling officers
that the subject was running west in the alley between Tenth & Jefferson."
(With Malice p487)

Now, how many of these six-plus witnesses testified to the Commission re
their observations? 7? 6? 5? 4? 3? 2? 1?

None of the above. "None" is how many. If that wasn't a damn cover-up I
don't know what is....

I think he meant eyewitnesses and in any inverstigation you have more
witnesseses like material and expert.
