The negative of the Betzner #3 photo was not located by the HSCA
Photographic Panel.

Quote from Photographic Panel report...

"Committee investigators located many of the suggested films and
photographs however, some items were never located, i.e. the Babushka Lady
Film, a color photograph by Norman Similas and the original negative of
the Betzner photograph".

end quote.

The Betzner photograph was not used by the Photographic Panel to study
either the hypothesis of a shooter on the Knoll or the identify of the so
called "Black Dog" person.

Of course this is the same photo that I have been posting which shows the
image of a man holding a gun in his right hand , in front of the fence, on
the Knoll.

Here is the Grassy Knoll crop of that Betzner photo. The figure with the
gun is inside the red ellipse behind the "Black Dog" person....

Life Magazine purchased the negative of the Betzner photo.

The November 1967 issue of Life magazine has the best copy of the
Betzner photo.

Because the negative is lost you cannot find a better copy of the
Betzner photo than what is found in Life Magazine.

Someone is quietly buying up the copies of that issue of Life. I suggest
you get your own copy on ebay or where ever you can find it.

To whom are you replying? Because you refuse to post correctly it looks as
though you are replying to yourself. You can't be replying to me because
you know I am a longtime serious researcher and I have always had the
November 24, 1967 issue of Life. The Betzner photo is on page 93. I have
scanned it several times and examined it with a loupe. But there is a
limit to the resolution available in a magazine.

As expected, your scan of the grassy knoll has less detail.

The best scan is a the high resolution scan made by John Costella.

Compare the grassy knoll area in your scan to the grassy knoll area of
the Costella scan.
