Did Geraldo Rivera really say that ALL the shots came from the front? Or
does Fred have trouble remembering things?

He seems good enough at repeating CIA propaganda.

Nice to see him admit that he is gay.

A "thumbs up" to Fred Litwin for that TV interview. Nice job. I have added
it to my "Debates & Discussion" page at my JFK Archives site. Thank you
for your "LN" efforts.

Hi David:

I have downloaded a large number of your photos. Thanks again for your
commendable efforts in our common objective, The Truth.

Do I need any permission to use those? Convert them to 3D? Do you want to
receive and credit?

How do you feel about the most relevant images being brought to the
present in the most accurate detail?

As you can see below, the JFK Numbers team of designers is currently
working on the base for the definite decision about the feasibility of the
Storm Drain Shot. Is there any other debunking you would like to see
addressed next? Any favorite scenes?

ps: Did you ever state your opinions about inviting the best universities
to work on the numerical parts of the case? Years have passed by and you
remain uncharacteristically silent.

Long time no see, Tracy. Where have you been hiding yourself?

(1) How would you feel about MIT and other schools using the latest
science and technology working to eventually confirm that it was Lee,
alone, 3 shots?

(2) How do you feel about the recent announcement that has the 2 authors
of the most advanced 3D models (one by PBS) working as a team to make the
definite model?

(3) While your publicly stated goal:

is highly commendable, worthy of pursuing and highly compatible, it is not
quite the same as the one below, is it?

I am sure your that loyal readers will love to see that you are a man who
does not shrink when confronted with relevant questions about issues that
he publicly defends.

A thoughtful, articulate interview. Particularly strong on the Garrison

I'm reading the book now. (And wondering if that's a picture of 19e on

Let's see a show of hands, folks. No, I am not replying to you
professor, we have had plenty of private e-mails lately. I love the
special attention, but I rather interact with the users of your NG.

(1) How many would advice that Fred Litwin, the author in that TV
program should be cordially invited to join the JFK Numbers challenge?

(2) How do you predict Mr. Litwin will respond?

(2a) Will ignore attempts by Yours Truly to contact him?

(2b) Will reply, refusing to be involved with anything that does not a
confirm a priori, with preordained results, the beliefs that he spreads?

(2c) Will reply, enthusiastically accepting that the only way to a
definite solution of the numerical parts is through the authoritative
entities (ie., MIT et al.)?

As long as we are on the topic...

It is my sworn duty to inform the JFK Community that two attempts to
contact the Boston University "scientists" have gone unanswered.

Why is what you propose necessary? There are already good computer
reconstructions of the assassination. The last NOVA reconstruction for
Cold Case JFK used state of the art equipment to map out the entire plaza,
reportedly within an eighth of an inch of the actual dimensions.

Time for you to give it up and head back to Valenzuela and enjoy your

(1) They only made 8 passes with the Leica P20 laser scanner, the north
and west wall of the TSBD building were ignored. I intend to make 25-30
laser scan passes, using the superior Leica P40 model plus aerial
photogrammetry, a requirement these days. That will augment and complement
the NOVA data which I have. It is right here:

http://www.dealey-plaza.org/this-government-as-promised/pbs-nova

(2) The objective of the 2013 program was to show something to the
uncritical PBS viewers. A quick sleight of hands. My objective is to
follow this lead:

"The 3D Model of Dealey Plaza: Not quite a job of Titanic proportions"
https://groups.google.com/d/msg/alt.assassination.jfk/cOd023uLvgU/EdU6S8BtAgAJ

Screen time of the models in the PBS program: under 10 minutes
Screen time of its successor: forever.

(3) The author of those computer models, Mike McCormick and his employer,
Scientific Analysis, decided to donate the raw laser files to one person
in this whole wide planet of ours. That would be Yours Truly. Mike (my
mentor) and I are working to make THE definite, interactive model, because
he always wanted somebody to continue, expand and perfect his work. We
found each other.

(4) I count with the support of PBS as well. I call that group of ladies
"The Insiders".

Our esteemed Chuck: Other than your obvious lack of respect for science
and progress are there other reasons for you to dismiss this unprecedented
project, the only one in the history of this case to be under the

I think everything you're writing is pure baloney. I'm calling you on it.

Instead of your endless word salad about esteemed scientists and doing
this for The People, explain why a more detailed computer model will yield
a different result than what we saw from JFK Cold Case or from Dale Myers.
I mean, how accurate does it need to be? 1/1,000,000 of a millimeter?
C'mon.

Well, sure I guess it could make a little difference if you input the
correct numbers.

I was very surprised that none of the Nazis here noticed that the map W&A
used was off by 3 feet. Close enough for government work. But you guys
should have jumped on that immediately and claimed that this alone
invalidates their acoustical analysis. Not that you would understand
little things like margin of error, but it would fit in with your denial
of Global Warming and other scientific facts.

Typical of Lone Nutterism, it avoids the evidence and tries to win you
over with psychological tricks. "You should be a Lone Nutter because
Conspiracy Theorists hate gays and we like gays." This is the classic Neo
Liberal identity politics ruse. Litwin is just a gay shill for the

Mr. Litwin was impressive but it was a pretty friendly interview. He
didn't have to face much of the "whataboutism" questioning that the
conspiracy crowd is, I have to grudgingly admit, good at.

I keep going back to Wesley Liebeler's response about debating Mark Lane:
"Lane can talk for 15 minutes and it takes you several hours to correct
all of his claims." "What about this?" and "What about that"? When I was a
conspiracy believer I often would fall for this type of reasoning.

Same here about falling for the whataboutism and scatter shot approach.
It seems like everything is suspect. The HSCA helped a ton in answering a
lot of those what abouts and then I saw how the conspiracy true believers
either kept pushing the same answered points or made them even more
arcane. The end of this came with the alterationists who basically moved
to a beyond truth/beyond proof approach.

I had already moved away from being tricked by the whataboutism style, but
Bugliosi really hammered it in with the continual asking of where does
that "evidence" go and how do the various pieces fit together. (Just one
classic being why would those framing Oswald have an impostor "Oswald" use
a different looking rifle at shooting ranges ahead of the assassination?)

You seem to be unaware of the fact that there were TWO hSCAs even though
I have pointed it out thousands of times.
The first HSCA was actually looking for a conspiracy.
The second HSCA was intended to rubberstamp the WC, but accidentally
found the conspiracy. Could Blakey just cover up what they found? No, it
became Blakey's Problem and he decided it showed conspiracy so hen he
picked his favorite enemy, the Mafia.

Bugliosi really hammered it
Humor us. Let's say that BuGliosi is alive.

Let's say that he is very publicly challenged to give his opinion about a
petition signed by the most important members of the JFK community. The
objective would be to show a currently divided America that it is possible
to reach minimum agreements (*) on issues of fundamental, common interest.

How do you guess he will respond?

- How about Posner?
- Blakey?
- O'Reilly?
- Geraldo?
- You?

-Ramon
JFK Numbers

(*) There are more, but a perfect example of minimum agreement would be to
digitize the X-rays and extract a 3D model, of the highest technical and
human accuracy possible, in a scientific environment. This sort of show of
common purpose has never been done since 1964.

Too bad you trust lesser universities and "scientists" of Myers, Haags,
Sturdivan caliber willing to produce any preordained results.

Too bad you LN folks are happier, content when the fundamental files are
safely locked up, and with "certification" by "reputable" companies.

Too bad you voters of the Deplorable in Chief despise the best
universities in the world.

Too bad you are praying for the most famous, controversial X-rays in
history to suffer the ravage of time. Let us guess: you will smile with
satisfaction if you hear that there was a fire, earthquake, flood, volcano
(take your pick) in College Park, MD and those films are gone forever.
Correcto?

Sadly, the facts have confirmed that:

- You do not believe in your cause

and even worse:

- You do not believe in the power of petitions, ergo in yourselves.

Then again, feel free to prove me wrong.

Look, Ramon, there are people here who know something about academia,
even about illustrious institutions in the Boston area, and your
notion that the "best" universities are on your side is silly.

Quote somebody from Harvard, Yale, Stanford, MIT, Cal Tech, etc. who
has signed onto your project.

Note that even if you could do that, finding bona fide expert who
agrees with the conspiracists on any technical issue (authenticity of
the x-rays, physics of the head snap) would be very hard indeed.

You are insulting our intelligence.

history to suffer the ravage of time. Let us guess: you will smile with
satisfaction if you hear that there was a fire, earthquake, flood, volcano
(take your pick) in College Park, MD and those films are gone forever.

Well, Ramon, I guess it had to come down to this. That because you
haven't been able to convince anyone, you would fall into the gutter.

I am particularly impressed by your belief that I, a history lover,
would like to see history burn up in College Park.

is--that someone, anyone will respond to your posts.

Get a life.
