Here is the human factor impact on this historic case. It has become a
highly competitive National Intramurals competition, rather than a
collective effort of the best and brightest resources of a nationwide
investigation.

As a group CTs refuse to accept the established facts of what took place
in Dealey Plaza, and invent false scenarios more to their liking, where
they can hand pick the Good Guys and demonize their political enemies as
the Bad Guys. The real facts get lost in this political snipe hunt but
really doesn't matter as long as the Blame Game can tarnish political
targets.

Does any CT have the courage to say they were wrong and apologize to the
people they insulted and smeared? The answer of course is, No! Only
intellectuals with ethics act like that. The purpose no longer is the
search for true facts, but how to avoid them.

At this point this national debate has simply become a useful vehicle to
bash and condemn political enemies. I began following this case as a CT
believer, but over time came to realize I did not have all the facts to
fully comprehend the science of ballistic analysis in this historic case.

By now facts are just a sideshow as CTs have already decided all the
people they dislike for political reasons must be the perpetrators of this
terrible crime, but certainly not any group they can identify with. This
is basic adolescent mentality, not scientific curiosity.

The ancient intellectual credo is: "Come now, and let us reason
together." This concept is a method to solve complicated problems with
reason not emotion. The way it should work is analyze a problem first with
intellectual honesty, then add emotion. To ignore that protocol is the
pathway to folly. This is true wisdom for solving any kind of conflict in
life.

There are some simple concepts to follow. Never be afraid to agree with
an opponent when they make a sound logical arguments. The academic concept
of wholistic Critical Thinking is another key part of this process. All
evidence must be gathered and each one must be evaluated according to the
Scientific Method. As we all know, rarely is any witness observation 100%
correct, but that does not mean they should be dismissed as totally
lacking in relevance.

"Steel sharpens steel" and some problems might never have been solved had
there been no debate leading to a correct solution, and by the same token
twisting the facts is an indication for absence of verifiable evidence.

Modern detectives now use Matrix Analysis that must account for all facts
gathered and weighed as to how it fits in and what impact it has on a
final solution. This process prevents useful information from being
overlooked. Conflicting facts must be resolved with more research. Matrix
analysis is a modern version of traditional investigation techniques using
the Wholistic approach to fact gathering and examination. It is a very
useful disciplined format of Critical Thinking.

Critical Thinking
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Critical_thinking

Critical thinking is the objective analysis of facts to form a judgment.

The subject is complex, and several different definitions exist, which
generally include the rational, skeptical, unbiased analysis, or
evaluation of factual evidence.

Critical thinking is self-directed, self-disciplined, self-monitored, and
self-corrective thinking. It presupposed assent to rigorous standards of
excellence and mindful command to their use.

It entails effective communication and problem solving abilities, as well
as a commitment to overcome our native egocentrism and sociocentrism.

Ever hear of Open Research? No, I didn't think so.
I have shared research with both sides.
Ever figure out what /Marsh/ means?
