Add: KGB files.

Didn't the State Department and INS also have files on him? When he
defected and then returned?

Weren't the Army files simply the material they received from the FBI? And
some newspaper clippings?

Not sure if it came from the FBI or ONI.

Cuban intelligence - DGI - files?

Gus Russo in "Live by the Sword" quotes one former Cuban intelligence
officer as saying he saw files/information on Oswald that included
material that predated the assassination. He said Oswald remained in
contact with Luisa Calderon, a DGI agent that he first met when he
(Oswald) went to MC.

I'm very skeptical on that but I'm sure the DGI would gather info on
Oswald after the assassination.

What about the story of a black DGI agent with red hair who gave Oswald
$6,500 in cash at the Cuban Embassy to kill JFK? Didn't you fall for
that one?

What about it? Maybe LHO was broke and that sounded like a fortune
to him at the time, especially if he planned to do it for free anyway.

Maybe the Cubans in Mexico City told LHO he could live very well
in Havana the rest of his life as a Cuban hero if he knocked off JFK.
That would probably be a lie, but LHO was a gullible dumbass and
wanted to impress Castro. They didn't need to pay him. He would
do it as a gift to the Cuban Revolution he wanted to be part of. LHO
and Delgado had talked about joining the Cuban Revolution after a
tour of duty with the USMC.

Well, the story was that one of the Cubans gave him $6,500. Someone here
said that was a fortune back in 1963.

Yes, brilliant. It WAS a fortune back in 1963. So you think it sounds
plausible. Thank you for validating the CIA hoax.
